This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the mobile application Fyzoe ("the App"). By using or accessing the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any future modifications. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Introduction
Fyzoe is an AI-powered character interaction platform that enables users to:
Create and personalize AI-driven characters ("AI Personas")
Interact with these personas through text-based dialogue
Explore emotionally engaging and imaginative social experiences
Users may shape characters by uploading avatars, choosing personality traits or tags, and entering names and descriptions.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if:
You are at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country)
You have the legal authority to accept this Agreement
You comply with all local laws and regulations
3. User Accounts
When you register or log in to use the App:
You must provide truthful and accurate information
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must keep your login credentials secure
We reserve the right to disable or delete accounts that violate these terms.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You may create or upload content within the App, including but not limited to:
Custom AI character avatars (images, emojis, etc.)
Names, nicknames, personality descriptions, or taglines
Other text-based or media-based inputs associated with your AI Persona
By submitting any content, you affirm that:
You have the necessary rights to post or upload the content
The content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate laws
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, host, reproduce, and adapt your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App
You retain ownership of your original inputs, but we may remove or moderate content that violates community standards.
5. Use of AI Features
AI characters are generated by language models and respond based on training data and user prompts. You understand that:
Characters are fictional and not representative of real individuals
Responses may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or emotionally complex
You are solely responsible for the conversations you initiate and share
AI outputs are not professional advice, and the App is for entertainment and social exploration only.
6. Prohibited Conduct
While using Fyzoe, you agree NOT to:
Upload offensive, explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content
Create AI personas that imitate real people or public figures without consent
Generate, share, or request illegal or exploitative content
Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the AI system
Use the App for any commercial, automated, or unauthorized purposes
We may moderate, suspend, or remove accounts or content at our discretion.
7. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data to provide and improve the App, such as:
User-submitted content and character interactions
Preferences and profile information
Technical metadata (device type, usage logs, app version)

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its interface, software, and AI technology, belong to the Fyzoe development team or its licensors.
You may not:
Reuse, copy, or redistribute AI responses or App content for commercial purposes
Reverse-engineer or interfere with the functionality of the App
Claim AI-generated output as original human-authored work outside the scope permitted by the App
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the App or this Agreement at any time. Updates will take effect upon being published in the App. You are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.
Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We provide the App “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
The accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of AI responses
That the App will be free of interruptions, bugs, or data loss
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
Emotional distress from interactions with AI personas
Damages resulting from user-generated content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms
Remove user content that breaches our guidelines
Delete accounts after long periods of inactivity or for legal reasons
Termination may result in permanent data loss.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region, unless local legal protections apply.
